Architectural Services we offer:

Architect on the Spot - If you have questions about what is possible, we can meet you at your property and discuss your project.

Feasibility studies - We can investigate preliminary options to find out what can be achieved.

Architectural Design - Taking a project from the initial concept, and developing the scheme design. We will also submit the planning application.

Technical Design - Expanding on the scheme design to provide additional information and ensure that the project complies with current legislation. We will also submit a building regulations application.

Construction - We can help you find a local builder, and produce a building contract. We can also administer the contract and oversee the project during construction.

We primarily focus on residential buildings, but we also have experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
