Renovation and extension of former hotel

The house, split over three storeys, was an end terrace property consisting of 4 bedrooms. The three houses in the terrace were once all one hotel.

Original Brief was to:

introduce a 5th bedroom, by extending over the porch/wetroom.
extend to the rear to increase the kitchen/dining space with a new high spec kitchen and more natural light.
make better use of the space underneath the decking as secure storage space by enclosing it from the elements.
make the second floor ensuite headroom better, especially to incorporate a shower.

A third dormer was added to the rear of the house, as well as the rear and side extensions you can see in the photographs.
