An 18th Century cottage built into the hillside with a large garden to the north and east. It lies within the Cremyll Conservation Area, the South-Eastern Caradon Area of Great Landscape Value, and right on the boundary of the Rame Head Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our brief was to
- Improve the kitchen
- Provide utility space within the house
- A new bathroom upstairs
- Add a bedroom
- Extend the kitchen to the rear
